Flying Monkey Kung Fu Chicken Wings
 Four or five servings

 40 wing segments (drumettes)
 2 T Five Elements Asian Spice Blend
 2 T Red Dragon Pepper Sauce
 1/2 stick butter or margarine

 Put Five Elements Asian Spice Blend in bowl and toss/rub         
  
wings until well coated. Arrange wings on foil-lined baking sheet
  and cook in 500 degree oven until crispy - about 25 minutes.

 Melt butter or margarine in a saucepan over medium low heat.   
  
Add Red Dragon Pepper Sauce and mix well. Pour into mixing   
  
bowl and toss cooked wings until coated.

 Too hot for you? Try this yummy dipping sauce to tame the      
  flame.



 Dipping sauce

 2/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
 1/2 cup sour cream
 1/2 cup mayonnaise
 1/2 cup plain yogurt
 1 T lemon juice
 Salt and black pepper to taste

 Mix all ingredients well.

 Kung Fu Chicken Kung Pao
 about 6 servings

 1/3 C chicken broth
 1T cornstarch
 1T sugar
 2T soy sauce
 1T rice vinegar
 1T Red Dragon Pepper Sauce
 1T peanut oil (any vegetable oil will work as well)
 1 1/2 lb boneless chicken THIGHS cubed
 1 clove garlic finely minced
 1 1/2tsp freshed grated ginger    [Fresh is important!]
 1 medium RED bell pepper cut into 3/4" pieces
 1 stalk of celery cut into 1/4" slices
 1/2 medium onion quatered and sliced
 1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts
 2 scallions sliced

 Mix the first six ingredients and set aside.

 Heat up your wok or stainless steel skillet (cast iron is a bad       
  
idea with this recipe) over high heat; add in the oil and quickly    
  
coat. Add chicken, garlic and ginger, celery and onion; stir fry    
  
this about 3 minutes.  Chicken should no longer be pink in the    
  middle.

 Add bell pepper and cook an additional  minute

 Add vinegar mixture cook and stir another minute to thicken      
  sauce.  Add peanuts and garnish with the scallions.

 If this isn't spicy enough for you dash on some more Red          
  Dragon Pepper Sauce
.  Too spicy, oh well sorry--you did get     
  this recipe from a hot sauce website, next time use a 1/4 tsp       
  ground cayenne pepper you sissy and have a glass of milk or      
  bowl of ice cream standing by.
